At 12:47 pm, Teresa Anne Yost came into the world weighing 8lbs, 3 oz and a full head of hair.
Cara's labour lasted about 12 hours, and we are both exceptionally tired. I would post pictures, but I forgot the camera cable!

When Ken called me I remembered to ask what is the name of my granddaughter but I forgot to ask the exact time and the weight. I am so excited...waiting for my invitation to come to Winnipeg to help out.
Cara and Ken, try to get some rest because Rowdy will not understand the big change to has occured when he gets back from his vacation at the beach with Kona, etc.
